**Responsibilities**
- Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner.
- Ensure effective targeting of segment audience; and manage the scheduling of multiple marketing automation campaigns to optimize touch cadence.
- Plan and set up multiple nurture streams and automated set-up to optimize the customer’s journey map using SFMC Automation.
- Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting.
- Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approach.
- Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle.
- Be an advocate within the organization on best practices and emerging trends in marketing.
- Other duties, as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience with hands-on experience developing automated marketing programs, working on SFMC APIs and system integrations, Ampscripting and SQL.
- Good understanding of marketing processes and workflow including campaign execution, content development and analytics.
- Possess initiative to drive improvement and streamline processes.
- Fresh grads with relevant internship experience handling Salesforce Marketing Cloud welcome.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
- Excellent oral/written communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin would be an advantages
- Willing to work in Makati city, Philippines
