Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Executive/ Admin Executive/ Senior Clerk** to join our team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an operational or administrative role (experience in a technology or startup environment is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing disruptions.
- Continuously identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks to optimize operational efficiency and minimize disruptions
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency, driving operational excellence.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards and ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, customer support, product, and other relevant departments to drive successful cross-functional operations and achieve business objectives.
- Serve as the key point of contact for operational requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Continuously improve order fulfillment processes by supporting order tracking, inventory coordination, and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing operational processes, identify areas for improvement through data analysis, and develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational data, including customer orders, inventory, and service logs.
- Generate comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide valuable insights to the management team for informed decision-making
- Provide operational support for the successful execution of special projects, initiatives, and company events, ensuring smooth operations and achieving desired outcomes
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
