The **Operation & Business Development Executive** plays a dual role in managing daily business operations while driving growth and expansion. This position involves optimizing processes, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments especially Sales Department to streamline workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and compliance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Assist in pricing strategies, promotions, and business expansion plans.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in operations, business development, or sales is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
