**Key Responsibilities**:
**Export Operations**:

- Prepare and manage all export-related documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs forms, CO, etc.).
- Maintain records for shipping, tracking, and compliance with export regulations.
- Liaise with international clients, agents, and distributors.

**Retail & Sales Development**:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Develop and open new sales channels including e-commerce platforms, retail outlets, and distribution partners.
- Support in-store or online retail promotions and campaigns.

**Business Support & Strategy**:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Suggest new strategies to improve market penetration and revenue.
- Carry out any additional tasks or special assignments from supervisors or top management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales, retail, or export (Fresh grads with strong interest may also be considered).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in local retail trends and international trade.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
