Implement the company Safety & Health policy at operational level.
- Monitor and supervise workplace activities under scope of responsibilities to ensure compliance with Safety and Health system and legal requirements.
- Implement and monitor the requirements outlined in the Site-Specific Safety & Health Plan (SSSHP) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
- Guide/advise employees to perform their jobs in correct ways and safely manner.
- To maintain discipline among workers.
- Coordinate and arrange HSE meetings.
- Responsible towards firefighting equipment.
- Arrange for facilities and equipment for work activities to be conducted safely.
- Report the incident to Person in Charge (PIC) and assist the investigation of the incident.
- Involved in risk and significant aspects impact analysis before start of new activity.
- Inspect workplace to identify potential incident to Safety and Health and take action to control.
- Prepare and submit monthly safety reports to Safety & Health Officer.
- Responsible for filing and documentation for safety department.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment (S.H.E) policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Safety, Health & Environmental or its equivalent
- At least 2 to 5 years working experience in construction projects.
- Attended 3S (Safety Site Supervisor) Course and obtain Yellow Book recognized by Department of Occupational Safety & Health, Malaysia (DOSH).
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
