- Coordinate and supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- Manage and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress.
- Ensure a safe work environment on site
- Cooperate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to health and safety at all times.
- Supervise all works, including ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary, Fire Fighting and Protection, Fuel, Architectural works, and utility diversion
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
- Work closely with Project member, Sub-contractor and Venders.
- Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and ensured targeted completion dates are met
- Attend and facilitate daily Tool Box Meeting, the meeting related to site works and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability, and performance are aligned with the schedule.
- Perform equipment, materials, and routine inspections.
- Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
- Reports to the Project staff and to the Client whenever required.
- Depending on project need, this position may be located On-Site or Off-Site and requires frequent travel to the project site.
- Any other duties assigned by the Director or higher

**Requirement**
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Construction related field
- Detail-oriented, sound judgement, organized and flexible
- Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Effectively communicate and work as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude and collaborating with team members and managers on assigned tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
