**Responsibilities**

To support on Tendering process
- Handle incoming RFQ/ Tender assigned by Manager.
- Attend site visit, tender briefing and tender interview.
- Prepare Technical and Commercial submission document for all tender.
- Compile and calculate costing and tender site information for the tender pricing purpose.
- Propose tender Strategy, plan and costing for Manager to review & finalization
- Prepare and convene meeting with other department regarding tender preparation.
- To conduct internal kick-off meeting once get LOA from client.
- To prepare Risk Assessment Table (RAT).
- To contact supplier and subcontractor to get quotation comparison.
- Familiar in costing for infrastructure works and claim process.
- To prepare Method of Statement (when required).
- Good knowledge in taking off, costing, progress claim, tender preparation, projected cash flow, evaluation of claims & finalization of final account.
- Ensure every progress claim, certifications, invoices to clients are issued on timely basis.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, able to liaise with suppliers, sub-contractor and other parties
- To monitor all variation order are well recorded and claimed.
- Responsible to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractor, workers and etc., inclusive project claims and expenses within the budget.
- Handle quotation, cost estimation and pricing with contractors
- Prepare profit & loss for projects
- Manage all project cost control from initial calculations to final figures
- Evaluating Contractor’s proposal and specifications
- Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims & progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts
- Site supervision & coordination with subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of work.
**Qualification**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical & infrastructure industry
- Possesses supplier/ subcon’s contact & quotation enquiry skill
- Writing skills
- Passionate & willing to accept challenge
- Positive & aggressive mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work as a team.
- Ability to communicate with people at all level and be meticulous with an eye for details.
- Ability to work independently & be self-sufficient while managing multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
