**Line Leader Production** Lelaki **diperlukan segera di Kawasan Perindustrian Kepong**
- # Jawatan ini akan melaporkan kepada Penyelia / Production Executive
- # Memimpin, melatih dan mengawasi pasukan / operator bertugas serta menyelesaikan sebarang isu yang timbul
- # Memastikan mesin berfungsi dengan keupayaan maksimum dan bertindak sebagai sokongan teknikal
- # Bekerjasama dengan pengurus lain untuk merancang kerja dan memastikan sumber yang mencukupi tersedia
- # Memastikan pasukan memenuhi sasaran KPI (Keselamatan, Kualiti, Kos, Penghantaran & Prestasi)
- # Memastikan mesin digunakan sepenuhnya mengikut rancangan pengeluaran
- # Mana-mana tugasan lain yang mungkin diagihkan dari semasa ke semasa oleh pihak atasan

**Kelayakan**
- # Calon memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM /Diploma dalam Teknologi Makanan atau dalam mana-mana bidang.

Kelayakan termasuk Kemahiran, Pengetahuan dan Kebolehan:
i) Pengalaman kerja minimum lebih 1 tahun

ii) Kemahiran Berkomunikasi

iii) Kemahiran memimpin

Sebaiknya pakar dalam Operasi Pembuatan/Pengeluaran atau setara.

Boleh bekerja mengikut syif dan OT

Basic RM1500 - RM2000 (negotiable)
