Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve, and standardize seat assembly processes, including cycle time and line balancing, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving machinery, tooling, and process deviations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation in line with quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and execute process validation activities for new equipment, materials, or layout changes.
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a seat assembly and manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement tools.
  4. Hands-on experience in production line setup, process optimization, and problem-solving.
  5. Good communication, teamwork, and analytical skills with a proactive and result-driven mindset.
  6. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
