Responsibilities
- Assist social media team with liaising and arranging treatments (influencers and media)
- Work closely with the Senior PR and Influencer Marketing Specialist for monthly plans and targeted KOLs
- Assist PR efforts for campaign and new product launches
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with influencers and creators on behalf of company
- Monitor and identify influencers for ad-hoc moments (milestones in their lives etc)
- Analyse and predict up and coming influencers to stay ahead of our competitors
- Proofread and oversee influencer generated content to ensure output is aligned with brand direction, delivered in timely behavior
- Complie, analyze and asses the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements
- Work closely with internal marketing team to ensure marketing goals are met

**; Requirements**: - Requirement
- Mass Communication/Marketing undergrad and grads
- Passionate about public relations and influencer marketing
- No experience needed but open to learn
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within given deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills, discipline, hardworking, detail oriented, high dedication and ability to handle feedback and rejection
- Having a keen eye for social media content is a plus
