_**Job Summary**_

We are seeking a proactive and technically competent Technical & Network Support Assistant to support our company’s IT infrastructure.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connections, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Manage and optimize Synology NAS, including storage health, backup schedules, RAID configurations, and data security.
- Implement network security best practices — firewall rules, VPN access, and user permissions.
- Provide support to staff for laptops, PCs, printers, and shared network drives.
- Support new device setup, system reinstallation, and peripheral configuration.
- Assist in IT policies, backup plans, and vendor management.
- Provide weekly technical reports and improvement suggestions to the CTO.
- **Job Requirements**_
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
- Experience with Synology NAS and DSM operations.
- Familiar with Windows OS, basic Linux, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and Wi-Fi setup preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
