**Job Descriptions**
- Perform repair, test task, installation and servicing for company sold products. (Point of Sales and AIDC products)
- Provide necessary solution or advice to customer on technical issue and problem raised.
- Respond quickly to all requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair within set datelines.
- To report, update and keep proper records of all service and repair in accordance to the company standard documentation system.
- Any other roles & responsibilities to be assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic Networking and IT knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Medical Claim, Optical & Dental Claim, Annual Health Screening, Bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
