Lab documentation & sampling, specification & procedures, tests, equipment control & calibration, customers queries and audits.
- QA/QC: raw material, online production, and finished products. Maintain sampling data records, technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Countermeasures for non-conformance, disposition R&D, products development, trial records and project launch and intro.
- New source and materials quality/usability determination, sample tests, raw material coding and listing records.
- Quality and raw material adjustments for urgent production, or other situations due to raw material shortage and etcetera.
- Market project support, customer’s specific enquiry support, samples preparation for customers, attending to complaints or claims, technical support in quotation.
- Continuous product development, improvement, and economization.
- Perform customer audits, including third party audits.
- Mortar and Precast production support, technical and process assistance and quality determination.
- Provide communication, feedback, technical support, documentation and catalogue to Sales staff and customers.
- Perform other duties deemed appropriate as assigned by CEO

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Manufacturing QAQC or R&D Lab in Manufacturing is required for this position.
- Possess logical experimentation knowledge, planning, and organization skills.
- High literacy in ICT and computer softwares to assist in daily activities.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in testing/sampling, technical writing/reporting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the team, superiors, and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Able to work independently, logically, and systematically with minimum supervision.

**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
