Warehouse Supervisor

Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records using warehouse management system, implement efficient stock management to reduce inconsistencies and ensure adequate inventory levels to fulfil forecasted demands
- Conduct daily cycle count and year end stock take
- Address and resolves any arising WMS system issues, customer complaints related to problem orders and issues arising within warehouse operations
- Supervise, evaluate and reporting on warehouse productivity and efficiency
- Perform daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
- Operating and maintaining a reach truck
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage method to maximize space utilisation and efficiency
- Perform checking on inbound receiving, storage for accuracy and timely delivery of goods
- Prepare metrics report and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvement

Requirement:

- Diploma or a degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS), MS excel and knowledge in using computerized system for inventory tracking
- Experience operating reach truck or similar equipment in a warehouse environment is a must
- Physical stamina to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory record keeping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
