**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via the chat channel
- Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs
- Address travel-related questions and issues communicated through chat.
- Rebook and recalculate fares and reissues, as well as review incorrect charges.
- Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.

- Required language(s): Fluent in English.
- Must be able to work rotational shifts
