**Job Title: Customer Services Executive**
**Location: Georgetown, Penang**
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using the clinic’s management system.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and systems.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, nursing, medical records, pharmacy, Imaging dept) to resolve patient issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to company guidelines, customer service procedures, and standard operating practices.
**Requirement**
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English** (Mandarin or Tamil is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma in any field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
