Health Care Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression of the clinic.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately in the system.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently, maximizing patient flow and optimizing clinic revenue.
- Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate staff members, and handle patient inquiries regarding clinic services and products.
- Actively promote clinic services and products to patients during in-person interactions and over the phone, highlighting their benefits and addressing any concerns.
- Assist patients with the selection and purchase of clinic services and products, providing guidance and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Process payments for services and products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of new clinic services, products, and promotions, and effectively communicate them to patients.
- Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed, including filing and data entry.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
