1. To be in charge of all shipping and import and export procedures.

2. To liaise, arrange and coordinate with transporters, shipping agents and freight forwarders all issues for import and export shipments including all related documents and procedures.

3. To be responsible for the correct issuance of all import and export documents including MIDA/ Customs Duty and SST

4. Handling and managing import related shipping documentations.

5. Monitoring the shipment status and coordinates with the suppliers, agents, and internal stakeholders for customs clearance and to meet expected delivery time.

6. Liaise with freight forwarders/ liners to obtain best freight rates, inland transportation rate and insurance rate and also sailing schedule base on agreed delivery term.

7. Liaise with Custom Malaysia for any new changes in regulations.

8. Liaison with customers, agents, operation and service providers on all operational related matters.

9. Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with customers and agents.

10. Perform other ad hoc tasks which will be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/ Degree in relevant field of study; SPM/ STPM.

2. Qualification related to logistics and supply chain is an added advantage.

3. At least 2 years of working experience in logistics and freight forwarding service industry.

4. Computer literate & proficient at Microsoft Office.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skill.

6. Team player with strong initiatives, responsibilities and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
