Administration Officer

Greet visitors and direct them to the staff concerned.
- Conduct clerical duties including filing, documentation and attending phone calls.
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of office.
- Provide administrative support to garages for their requirements & settled through HR & Finance team.
- Preparing RFP for all garages rent, electricity, water, phone, internet, and other monthly expenses.
- Preparing and taking approvals from management for all financial requirements.
- Preparing and submitting invoices for petty cash for garages and offices and make sure it’s paid.
- Preparing PO and RFP for parts, tools and equipment and civil work of new garages.
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with HR for all the manpower requirement and arrange timely interview schedules.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement to make sure the submitted PO, RFP are duly paid in time.
- Prepare and monitor the track sheet for HR and Finance.
- On Saturdays visit each garage and interact with the staff to find out the issues they face and report management to resolve.
- Preparing incentive for the staff, getting approval and forward to finance.
- Weekly sales report to be taken from supervisors and forward to finance.
- Montor and make sure parts coordinators are preparing the stock check and sending report to finance.
- Coordinate with finance to conduct timely stock & inventory check of all garages.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
