Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Klang. The Office Administrator will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage office equipment, coordinate schedules, maintain records, and handle inquiries professionally. Additional responsibilities include supporting customer service tasks and ensuring smooth office administration processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
- Experience in handling and maintaining Office Equipment
- Minutes Meeting
- Able to do PO & Invoicing
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other workplace tools
- Ability to work on-site in Klang with reliability and professionalism
- Experience in similar role would be advantageous
