Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties (filing, scheduling, correspondence).
  • Manage data entry, invoices, billing, and payments using AutoCount Accounting Software.
  • Assist in HR tasks (attendance, leave, claims, HRDF).
  • Prepare financial and admin reports as required.
  • Provide support to Business Director as required.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admin/accounting roles.
  • Experience with AutoCount.
  • Knowledge in e-invoicing is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications are an advantage
