Position: Admin Assistant

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Working Hours: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm (Monday – Friday)

Contract: 6 months Contract (Nov 2025 – April 2026)

Must have own transport

Able to start immediately

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR and/or Administration
  • Familiar with payroll processes, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and multitask effectively
