Sales Administration Assistant

Experience: Preferably 1-2 years experience in FMCG company, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Qualification: Minimum SPM
Skill: Microsoft Office, Minimal knowledge of accounting software SQL & ARS. (Training will be given during the first week)
Basic Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM3, Depends on your experiences)
Benefit: Bonus / EPF / Socso / EIS
Working Days: (Monday – Saturday)
Working Hours: 08:30am – 06.00pm (Monday – Friday) 08:30am – 01:30pm (Saturday)
Language Spoken & Written: English / Bahasa Malaysia (Optional - Chinese)
Individual Qualities: Good communication skills, honest and demonstrate a positive attitude.

Job Description:
- Delivery Order and Sales Invoices Processing in ARS & SQL system
- Able to understand Sales Promotions and Trade Offers Mechanics
- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting Functions
- Able to understand Sales Pricing differential and Price discounts
- Issuance of Credit Notes & Debit Notes
- Liaison with Warehouse & Logistics Department on delivery schedules
- Provide Inventory Availability information & OOS Feedback to Sales team
- Liaison with Sales team on late delivery issues
- SQL and ARS sales invoicing monitoring

We are looking for a Sales admin candidate who is passionate and willing to learn, and a Sales Administration Assistant job scope is to make sure the sales order running smoothly, in a way that is to connect the salesman to the logistic department.
