Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Shah Alam. The Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the office's daily operations. Responsibilities include answering phone calls professionally, managing executive schedules, maintaining office organization, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. Additionally, the role involves supporting executive-level staff with administrative needs and managing documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient office operations and support senior staff members.
- Strong Communication and SQL skills to handle inquiries and maintain clear, professional interactions.
- Expertise in Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and organizing office documents effectively and SQL.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint and SQL.)
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to the administrative needs of the team.
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is a plus.
