We are now looking for an Administrative Clerk to support our growing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document management, filing, and office coordination.
  • Prepare basic reports and support the Accounts and Admin Manager on administrative matters.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally in three languages.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks including attendance records, staff coordination, and recruitment assistance.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and record keeping.
  • Assist in data entry, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese proficiency will be an added advantage).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
