Role Description

Maintain and manage documentation related to member onboarding ,session tracking ,and internal process. To assist compile or organize relevant materials for monthly mentoring session .Prepare concise summaries or draft meeting minute after each TCP session ,including key action points and follow up requirements. Support team leaders in preparing presentation decks, reports and communication materials as needed. Provide on ground support during internal events, workshops or team sessions involving TCP members. Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive member information and internal communications.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google workspace and AI technology
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office management ,Mass Communication relevant certification is preferred
