About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. Interns and fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Support HR, finance, and operations teams with daily administrative needs.
- Maintain and update office records, supplies, and inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (students or interns are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
