**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Administrative Officer** to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. **Interns and fresh graduates are welcome to apply** — training and mentorship will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Support HR, finance, and operations teams with daily administrative needs.
- Maintain and update office records, supplies, and inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (students or interns are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
