Role Description
This full-time Administrative Officer role is a hybrid position located in Setia Alam, Malaysia. The Administrative Officer will oversee general administrative duties, provide support & maintain organized systems. Additional responsibilities include assisting with documentation and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to handle day-to-day operations and support various tasks.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to address inquiries and maintain professional interactions with stakeholders.
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and office processes effectively.
- Proficiency in using common office software and tools to streamline workflows.
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative or personal assistant is preferred.
- Chinese and English language is a must, if able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
