Operation Admin

Verifies the physical stock count, goods collected and Delivery Orders received from customers.
Records and update the stock card.
Prepares reports/ documentation/ forms/ schedule required by the Operation Department.
Enters data into the System
Perform Administrative tasks for Operation Department such as preparing overtime claims, filing, typing documents, answering telephone calls, etc.
Any other duties as and when required.
