**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
The Operations Admin Executive ensures the efficient running of the company's outlets, supporting various departments and the General Manager with administrative tasks.
- **Office Management**:Oversee daily operations across all outlets.
- **Document & Records Management**:Maintain company records and financial documents; ensure monthly operations reports.
- **Bookkeeping & Account Reconciliation**:Handle bookkeeping tasks and ensure all outlets' accounts are reconciled daily after closing.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare management reports.

**Employment Benefits**:

- **Basic Salary: RM 2,800 - 3,800 (Subject to experience)**:

- Medical Claim RM 350 per annum, Mileage Claim (where applicable).
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
- Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Hospitalization Leave, Bereavement Leave, Maternity, Paternity, Marriage Leave.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in retail administration, operations management, or bookkeeping.**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin. Average English is acceptable for this role.**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Open to meet SPM holders & above.**:

- **Possess own transport, and have no issue traveling between Klang Valley outlets for work.**

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
