**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operations Manager in daily operational tasks and project coordination.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents, reports, and records.
- Handle data entry, filing, and documentation for inventory, logistics, and other operational processes.
- Track and update progress of operational activities as assigned.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/ event organiser when necessary.
- Manage office supplies.
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle general admin support such as printing, scanning, and correspondence.
- Ensure all admin processes are up-to-date and compliant with internal SOPs.
- Assist in any other duties as required by the Operations Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in admin or operations support role.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
