Responsibilities:

- Good Knowledge in Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems Knowledge in Addressable Fire Alarm Systems.
- To carry out checking, testing and rectification on Fire & life Safety system.
- Ensure all Fire Extinguishers are in good conditions and Fire Extinguisher cert renewed annually.
- Ensure PM for Fire Pump, Fire Panel, FM 200, CO2, IG 100 panels and wet chemical system, Eye wash and other FLSS system are completed and updated as scheduled in CMMS.
- Ensure Smoke Spill Fan, Substation Fire protection air curtain, trip devices (AHU/exhaust/magnetic door/roller shutter) functioning.
- Ensure safety signages, emergency keluar/emergency lights and CO2 discharge indicator lights are in working condition.
- Provide support during Fire Drill.
- Alert Facilities Manager on any risk identified and work to mitigate on time.
- Manage & coordinate project, safety at work place, permit to work, Impairment notice (Red Tag), site visit and bomba inspection.
- Support BOMBA audit to ensure compliance, close all ARs/findings.
- Provide training to subordinates and Technician.
- Understand of the fire fighting system, buy-off any changes/renovation to the system in accordance to the relevant standards
- Keep track of inventory spares(general)-i.e smoke detector, battery, control module etc.
- To perform any other task given by the immediate superior.
- Coordinates work performed by outside contractors & vendors
- Able to work on site and respond to emergency calls after office hours

Requirement:

- Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Min. 2-3yrs working experience
- Strong ability to hands on in Fire & Life Safety System with relevant background
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
