Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities Operations

  • Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facility systems including:
  • Electrical (LV systems)
  • HVAC and cleanroom utilities
  • Compressed air systems
  • DI/RO water systems
  • Fire protection and alarm systems
  • Ensure facility uptime to support production operations.

Maintenance Management

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot facility-related issues to minimize downtime impacts.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.

Project & Contractor Management

  • Support facility expansion, renovation, and improvement projects.
  • Review engineering drawings and technical submissions.
  • Supervise contractors for safety compliance, work quality, and schedule adherence.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire safety, environmental, and local authority regulations.
  • Implement permit-to-work and LOTO procedures.
  • Participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Energy & Cost Improvement

  • Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor utility consumption and support cost optimization activities.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate with production, quality, EHS, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide technical guidance to technicians and junior engineers.

RequirementsMandatory

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or related disciplines).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in facilities or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, utilities, electrical LV systems, and fire systems.
  • Experience supervising contractors and maintenance teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in semiconductor / electronics manufacturing.
  • Project management or facility expansion experience.
  • Energy management exposure or certified safety training.
