Position: Chat Support - Mandarin Speaker
Location: KL Sentral
Working hours: 24/7 rotational shift

**Salary**: RM3,200 - RM4,100 (basic) + RM500 (fixed complexity allowance) + KPI allowance (RM300) + shift allowance (RM400)

**Requirements**:

- Able to read and write in simplified and traditional Chinese
- Open to fresh graduates with no working experience
- Diploma holders require 1 year working experience
- SPM leavers with 3 years working experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Comprehend customer inquiries and provide responses through the relevant channel: chat.
- Grasp customer inquiries, ensuring they receive answers or are directed to the appropriate support channel.
- Handle customer escalations, ensuring timely responses, tracking, and necessary further escalation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,700.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
