**Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Voice**: Maintain and develop the brand’s tone of voice across all communication materials.
- **Creative Ideation**: Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative ideas aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, produce, and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and excellence across all media.
- **Trend Awareness**: Keep up-to-date with current content trends, social media strategies, and digital marketing innovations.
- **Event Coverage**: Attend company-related events to capture and produce timely, high-quality content.
- **Social Media Management**: Create and edit engaging content tailored specifically for social media platforms. Strategically schedule and post content by identifying optimal times for maximum audience engagement and reach. Continuously monitor, manage, and enhance social media presence, responding effectively to audience interaction and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Citizenship**: Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia, Marketing, or a relevant creative field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in copywriting, content creation, or related roles is advantageous. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- **Creativity & Originality**: Ability to produce fresh, innovative contents and compelling narratives.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), or equivalent apps/software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong editing skills to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- **Team Player**: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- **Time Management**: Proven ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- **Independent Work Ethic**: Capable of managing tasks and deadlines effectively with mínimal supervision. Proactively identify opportunities and independently drive projects from concept to completion.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month

- Cyberjaya (63000): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
