Position: Part Time Content Creator

Location :Cyberjaya
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and high-quality content across various mediums such as articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and podcasts. Tailor content to target audience demographics and platform requirements.
- **Content Planning and Strategy**: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm content ideas, themes, and topics. Develop content calendars outlining publishing schedules and content themes aligned with organizational goals and audience interests.
- **Research and Writing**: Conduct research on relevant topics and trends to generate insightful and informative content. Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with the target audience and adheres to brand guidelines.
- **Visual Content Creation**: Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany written content or stand-alone on visual-centric platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Utilize graphic design tools and video editing software to produce professional-quality visuals.
- **Content Optimization**: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic reach. Incorporate relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and tags to enhance search engine rankings and attract more traffic to the content.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage social media accounts by curating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring comments and messages. Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Analytics and Performance Tracking**: Monitor content performance using analytics tools to track key metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and audience demographics. Analyze data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions for content optimization.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster a sense of community and interaction around the content by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers. Encourage user-generated content and facilitate discussions to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
- **Collaboration and Networking**: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, influencers, and industry experts to co-create content, amplify reach, and leverage cross-promotional opportunities. Participate in relevant industry events, forums, and networking groups to stay connected and build relationships.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in content creation and digital marketing. Participate in training programs, workshops, and online courses to enhance skills and knowledge in content creation and related areas.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM1,602.45 - RM4,008.34 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
