Fleet Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Vehicle Maintenance and Management**
- Oversee regular maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance and repair history.

**2. Fleet Operations**:

- Monitor vehicle usage and performance, optimizing routes and schedules to improve efficiency.
- Manage fleet inventory, including tracking vehicle availability and ensuring timely replacement of aging or damaged vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.

**3. Driver Supervision**:

- Supervise and support drivers, including training new drivers and providing ongoing development.
- Monitor driver performance, including adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Address any driver-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

**4. Budgeting and Cost Control**:

- Develop and manage the fleet budget, including expenditures for fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
- Analyze and report on fleet costs and look for opportunities to reduce expenses.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers to achieve cost savings.

**5. Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

**6. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, including utilization, costs, and maintenance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving fleet operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on fleet status and performance metrics.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perai : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fleet supervisor: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
