Job Descriptions:

- Assist the Quantity Surveying department with cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects.
- Support in preparing tender documents and contracts.
- Help with measurement and valuation of construction works.
- Assist in analyzing and managing project costs, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with budgets.
- Help with the preparation of progress reports, cost analysis, and financial statements.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines and managing changes in scope or costs.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and project management.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan (4 minutes walking distance from KTM Batang Benar).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
