Construction Manager

Responsible for initial Plant set-up and on-going phases of investments.Responsible for day-to-day management of company's overall infrastructure constructions.Responsible for conduction biddings.Responsible for Project Management is carried out per planned basis.Responsible for safety and environment compliance, plant design, and project supervision.Ensures that coordination of all relevant units to follow the set objectives as spelt out in the Project Timeline.Responsible for the construction site and surrounding environment.Prepares contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.Interprets and explains plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.Confers with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.To plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.Investigates (if any) damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations accordingly.
