**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Admin
- Minimum 3 years Admin experience in Construction / Projects company
- Good follow up and time management

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages overall office administration/operations for the branch office in Northern part
- Covering administration for site offices in Northern Region
- Support site staff on:

- Getting request of purchases/services for site use purposes, approved by the management
- Provide stock control for materials located at site/warehouse
- Assist on delivery of material from supplier/HQ, Shah Alamo Manage general workers monthly wages and their welfare
- Payroll for foreign workers

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
