**About the role**
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced full-time HR Executive and also an enthusiastic and organized full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Lunas Kedah. **Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply** and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
**What you'll be doing**
**1. HR Executive**
- Administering employee records, benefits, and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Assisting with employee relations matters and addressing any concerns or grievances
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- To liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, Labor Office.
- Other Ad-hoc tasks that are assigned
**2. Admin**
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization to ensure efficient record-keeping
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by assisting with procurement and inventory management
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as required to support the overall business objectives
**What we're looking for**
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and written in Mandarin, English, Malay
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
