HR and Admin Manager

To plan, coordinate and execute Employee Relations activities as part of employee engagement effort.
- Liaise directly with Management and be accountable for the performance of the HR function as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters.
- To oversee the Recruitment & Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management and Payment, Policies, Procedure, HR Projects & Compliances, Employee Performance and Evaluation, Disciplines & Industrial Relations, Safety & Healthy matters, Reports,
- General Administration such as Asset Management, Procurement, Office Maintenance and Cleaners, Security Services and etc. Handling domestic inquiry for related employee when necessary.
- Any other job assignments required by the CEO and/or the Management from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
