JOB OPPORTUNITIES
ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
Manage and maintain records, correspondence, and office systems
Prepare reports, invoices, memos, and other documents
Support HR and finance functions with basic documentation and coordination
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and manage quotations for clients and suppliers
Maintain records of quotations and follow up on approvals or responses
Liaise with sales and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and specifications
Coordinate quotation revisions when required
Liaise with vendors, clients, and external agencies as needed
**Requirements**:

- Male/Female
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1-2 years working experience
- Min. Diploma in relevant field
