About the role

As an Intern at AlphaESS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various departments, such as HR Administration, Finance, Quality, and Production. This full-time internship position is located in Kulim, Kedah, offering you the chance to develop your skills and contribute to the success of a dynamic company and real experience in the Manufacturing industry.

What you'll be doing

Intern in HR Admin (Available for longer contract)

  • The HR Admin Intern will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, and general office administration, contributing to the smooth operation of daily HR activities.

Intern in Finance

  • The Finance Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience by supporting the Finance department in various financial operations, accounting processes, and analytical tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical business environment, contributing to financial accuracy and informed decision-making.

Intern in Quality

  • The QA Intern will support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/software. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about quality assurance methodologies, testing processes, and industry best practices. The intern will assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Intern in Production

  • The Production Intern will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing or operational environment, supporting the production team in optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and improving efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply engineering and operational principles in a practical setting, contributing to the smooth execution of production activities.

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant or a similar field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa and Mandarin will be added advantages.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. (For HR Admin and Finance role)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, adaptable, independent and eager to learn and able collaboratively in a team setting.
