We are looking for Quality Assurance (QA) Intern that will assist the Quality Assurance team in reviewing and updating documentation. This includes verifying the accuracy and consistency of documents. The intern will also collaborate with various departments to ensure that all documentation is complete, clear, and aligned with company standards. Additionally, the role involves supporting audit and internal review activities by preparing and organizing the required documents. The intern will also be responsible for systematically filing physical documents to ensure proper traceability and ease to access when required.

Responsibility:-

  • To assists in administrate and control all documents that related to Documentation Control system handle by Quality Assurance Department including reviewing, distributing, and archiving the documents.
  • To process the document as per document system (Onelink)/procedure.
  • To assist in managing and ensuring proper quality records identification, filing, retrieval, maintenance, retention and disposal.
  • To assist other department to merge and review the documents.
  • To assist in carry out any other job assigned by superior.

What you will bring?

  • Minimum 4 months of internship duration.
  • Diploma / bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Management or a related field.
  • Converse and written well in English.
  • Minimum CGPA : 3.0
  • Travel: This position does not require extensive travel, but occasional travel to different company.
