Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Officer role based in Kulim, Kedah. The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance with industry regulations. Core responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, conducting audits, implementing quality management systems, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with relevant teams will be critical to maintain and enhance organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data effectively
  • Experience in Quality Management and implementing quality systems
  • Competence in conducting Quality Auditing
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or technology-focused industries is an advantage
