Job Responsibilities:

  • (Quality Assurance Oversight) - implement and enforce quality policies aligned with ISO & customer standards; monitor quality metrics and audit performance.
  • (Quality Control) - Maintain IPC/J-STD inspection standards, resolve defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPA execution.
  • (Regulatory Compliance) - Ensure adherence to industry and safety regulations; maintain certification readiness.
  • (Continuous Improvement) - Lead improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • (Documentation & Reporting) - Maintain complete quality documentation, produce performance reporting, support management review.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field; relevant certifications
  • Experience in (CQE, Six Sigma, ASQ) are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in PCBA Electronic and manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, methodologies, and tools: 8D, SPC, FMEA,
  • Experience in MSA, Control Plan, CAPA.
  • Practical working experience with IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 standards is required.
  • Solid understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485 / CE requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and guide teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to resolve complex quality issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  • Proficiency in English.
