**Requirement**:
1. Male, under 40 years old, able to read and write in Chinese.

2. Diploma or higher in engineering or production management related fields.

3. Must have served as an assistant manager for 3 years or as a supervisor for more than 5 years.

4. **Work experience must be related to the PCB or electronics industry**, with preference given to those in the PCB industry.

**JD**:

- Assisting the Production Manager in planning, managing and executing production operations.
- Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
- Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Work with the production team to implement and enforce company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain documentation and prepare detailed reports on production operations and status.
- Manage production budgets and maintain cost control while ensuring the production of high-quality products.
- Help to train, supervise and motivate employees and manage schedules to meet production goals.
- Liaise with other departments such as material & logistic, quality control and sales to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines.
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and **Mandarin (verbal and written)** will be an advantage and required to work with the China Team.
- **Able undergo training in China for at least 3-6 months.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Assistant Manager: 3 years (preferred)
