Are you passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Recruiter to take charge of our hiring process from A to Z and support our growing dental clinic network across multiple branches.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Ensure the headcount gaps/vacancies are fulfilled within stipulated time frame.
- Be involved in the process of staffing documentation and prepare reports such as recruitment, transfer, resignation, termination etc.
- Keep applicants engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding and new hire orientation/ induction program.
- Develop creative strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Ensure timely hiring for roles across our branches.
- Ad-hoc task by the supervisor or top management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year of working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about recruitment drive and sourcing.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resourceful, accountable, and possessing a high level of integrity.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
